These people were surely interrogated by American government in first one week of their illegal detention, therefore American government and our government both are responsible for the violation of their human rights. I called Mr. Richard the spokesman of American ambassador in Pakistan and asked him to explain to me whether it was the official policy of the American government to indulge in this kind of discrimination with their citizens and completely deny all human rights to muslims. He had no answer to my questions but he promised that he will convey my concerns to the ambassador but he never reverted back.
We Appeal to all Human Right NGO\\\'s and civil society organizations specially in America to ensure that their fellow citizens are not treated with discrimination and get all the rights which are given to them in constitution of America and Pakistan. Every body is supposed to be considered innocent till proven guilty, at least their must be some people in the world willing to help these youngsters until they are really proven guilty.
If we start arresting only on the intentions than the Interior Minister of Sindh Mr. Zulfiqar Mirza just yesterday openly announced they wanted and planned to break Pakistan and Hi-jack an aircraft. If these boys are to be treated this way than what to be done with Mr. Zulfiqar Mirza as constitution says.
25. Equality of citizens.(1) All citizens are equal before law and are entitled to equal protection of law.
It can be said that at least now they are being treated according to law as they are on 20 days remand given by the magistrate and than there are lot many ways to keep the victims depriving them of all their fundamental rights as was done with me, where as the constitution says,
8. Laws inconsistent with or in derogation of fundamental rights to be void.(1) Any law, or any custom or usage having the force of law, in so far as it is inconsistent with the rights conferred by this Chapter, shall, to the extent of such inconsistency, be void.
(2) The State shall not make any law which takes away or abridges the rights so conferred and any law made in contravention of this clause shall, to the extent of such contravention, be void(End)
